It was my first time visiting Balikpapan, and finally I chose this hotel. I loved this hotel because it is located in strategic location. The room was clean. The receptionist staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good also with varieties of food. I definitely will come back to this hotel for my next visit to Balikpapan..

This hotel is an old hotel in this city, it was good before, but now this hotel urgently needs a renovation. The lighting is quite dark, even in guest room, the interior are old, AC not working appropriately. No swimming pool available also. If you just stay for a short period of time, you will have no problem, but if you stay longer, better find another hotel.
