Tiring workdays reminds your body for rest, going to Nest was good idea to get reflexes body and soothing mind, staffs are helpful and there’s hot shower provided too, you can request more of reflexology or massage or even scrub. namaste!

This place is Amazing. When first entered, greeted with relaxing music and free tea. The price is relatively cheap for the quality of the message offered. We only ordered reflexy in the sofa for 60 minutes and it was fantastic. The sofa is so comfortable with room concept which makes you wanna sleep. And the therapist is professional. The pressure of the massage can be requested. Oh my body feel so light after therapy. Absolutely gonna come here again if i visit Balikpapan. Really recommended for those looking for relaxation and to loose some muscle tense.
