Nice place, very friendly staff. The room got a really nice view of the sea. Varieties of breakfast menu to choose for. Nice and well maintained gym equipments and pool.

Well, I don't know was it because I booked the hotel during Covid19 pandemics, I found the service was lacking.nnThere were no roomboy to help us carried the baggage, the room was not properly maintained, small things like broken electrical socket cover, a dent on the wall, or burnt carpet made the room not enjoyable enough.nnWhen we first arrived, we were informed, as part of Covid19 preventive protocol, we could not order regular room cleaning due to we didn't have rapid test result to show. It's okay since it was hotel policy. But, when we request something basic like towel, since hotel only provided us with one towel, we have to wait and order more than once for the hotel to deliver it. It was annoying.

This my couple timea staying at this hotel. But this moment quite dissapointed, usually they can provide my request get room at hight floor with sea view. Thie time can not. But I am very impressed with Miss Acha, their staff, whi has helped me maximaly to provide my request. She was very helpfull. Thank you Miss Acha, I very appreciate it ud83dudc4d

courteous and attentive staff. spacious and quiet room with comfortable bed and pillows. the room’s ambiance is perfect for relaxing in the evening after a long, hot and humid day. no plastic bottled water in the room, instead they provide a jug and water dispensers in the hall to fill and refill it to your heart content. one small step to contribute towards sustainability. breakfast buffet is quite diverse with balanced option between indonesian, asian and western choices. am satisfied with my choice of stay and definitely would love to come back to stay with them again in the near future.
