It is a good airport with nice scenery. It also provide real time schedule in the middle of the airport. The check in place is quite spacious for you and make you comfortable when you have check in. The waiting room also very comfy with a lot of charging station provided. There is also matahari at the 1st floor. Don't forget to not bring any liquid when you in the international departure, they already provide dringking water in the lounge.

Best airport in balikpapan city and I loved it, stay health protocol..... Rapid test first and self check in - drop baggage - waiting room and boarding
