Clean. Pleasant staff. Had vegetarian menu in their Chinese restaurantnNeed more variety in breakfast spread.nRooftop place - need to walk up stairs to reach, also noisy music when open (some may find it lively!).nnExtras like a power/usb adaptor not available from housekeeping.nnBelieve price includes airport pick up (had not used it).nnGood for business traveler needing clean room.

Excellent service from all the staffs. They are kind and helpful. We got lost in the lift when we wanted to go to the lobby from the Rooftoop floor. The staff kindly accompanied us until we found the right path. And many more...A highly recommended hotel.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. They have disinfectant chamber before entering the hotel and all staff wear mask

4 stars hotel located at northern of Balikpapan.. completed with big convention hall..nGiven twin beds room with nice street view, only 2 electric socket available, fridge not cool enough, didn't try the breakfast, staff were very nice, greetings everytime passing through.. what a good spirit..nAfterall, pleasant stay for weekend family escape..

Had to stay here for 14 days. Not through choice as we had to quarantine there. Staff were friendly but as far as the hotel goes I can't say the same. I was stuck in the room for 23 hours a day and was only allowed 60 (was 30)mins fresh air a day. Some days I had to argue to get outside as they forgot about our group. They would change our time slots and not inform us. We had to be escorted outside then escorted back in. Some days the security guard would not come to get us. When I ordered food sometimes theres was bugs running all over my room service tray. The floor of the rooms need mopped with disinfectant. When I got to the room there were hair from other people on it. Also theres a live band on the roof every night that plays loud music. When called reception 4 times to turn it down so I could sleep, they would say sorry and not do anything about it. This happened for 14 days in a row. The WIFI is so bad you connect for 2mins then drops out and spend 5 mins trying to reconnect. My advice would be find another hotel if you want a good,clean and a decent sleep! I've been in 100s of hotels all over the world and this one is by far the worst.
