The girl at the desk and the help are great. The room I had was fine. The breakfast was not great. Coffee was weak, people coughing and hacking on everything(not the hotel’s fault) but the food was cold and not that good. But if you’re heading to the derawan islands (maratua) this is a good place to start the adventure
