Excellent place to stay. The room is clean and spacious. The service is great. When we checked in and the receptionist saw my husband's foot was injured, she immediately changed our room to a better one which was also easily accessible to disabled person.

Exceeded my expectations for a hotel in Berau. I spent 2 weeks in the hotel (new building) and found it very comfortable. It has spacious rooms with complete facilities, professional staffs, good wifi, nice gym, and exquisite interior. The food was okay, with a standard price range for hotel food, but I suggest you to order Indonesian/Asian to be on the safe side. Once I ordered their pizza, it came fluffy like bread and all the toppings fell off, however it still tasted good but just wasn’t the real deal. I also ordered beef patty, it came grayish and unintentionally uncooked inside. They’re also famous for their sukiyaki which does have a rich and tasty broth. Another thing to highlight was their SPA service, which I think is overpriced even for a hotel, but still think its the only best option in town. Overall, I think Bumi Segah is the one of the best places for staying, dining, and relaxing in Berau. Very much recommended.

Hotel Bumi Segah is one of thr best Hotel in Berau. Room is wide, bed is soft, furniture and interior design is the most I like it. It also available bath tub and shower making this facility is complete. Food is delicious also. Recomended by Kayin Fauzi, owner of Pondok Mantau, producer of Mantau Black Pepper special buns from Balikpapan Indonesia.

Nice and spacious room. Wifi password changed everyday and must be requested which is annoying.

The restaurant sucks, the food okay(overprice) the service is worst they made mistake, wont give clear answer. Would bit recommend to go here unless you are getting a treat by a friend.
