This family run surfcamp is the best value for your money in Tanjung Setia, for sure! Clean and spacious rooms with big beds, comfortable matresses and brand new rotating fans which I would turn off early in the morning cause it became a bit chilly. Western style bathrooms with modern toilets, sinks, and a proper rainwater showers that left my skin feeling so good after spending a few hours in the ocean water and under the sun. They also have an assortment of motorbikes for rent so there's no need to bother going out looking for one. Great beachfront view from the bungalows' balconies looking straight to Ojung Bocur Break, so you can enjoy your morning coffee while scoping the day's swell. Talking about about food,when it comes to Indo food it doesn't get any better than the fares coming from Mrs. Dewi's kitchen... breakfasts, lunches and dinners made with fresh local produce and ingredients, all on point! The local break is Ojung Bocur and it's a 2 minute walk from the camp with direct access from the property. The days when the surf was too big or too small I rented a bike and hired their son to take me to the ideal spots of the day. I recommend doing the same if you don't want to waste time looking for the secret spots, as he's a local surfer who knows his way arround, just ask for Tutun. When I was just too busted from the previous day's session I would enjoy the breeze under the palm trees in laying on the lawn or from my balcony and at night I would have an ice cold Bintang, light up the bonfire and relax. What was supposed to be a two weeks stay turned into a whole month. I recommend it to everyone. Will definitely stay here again!

Was there 2015, belongings (surf shoes, an iPod, money) went missing, later I found out that the son of the owner of the place already was in prison because of stealing, so one can only guess who was the bad guy in that case!
