I got a bad burn from the tailpipe of my motorbike so I drove all the way here from Kuta. Seems like all the medical facilities in Kuta are just preying on the ill by taking advantage of their misfortunes via price gouging. Anyways, I'm glad I drove all the way up here. The hospital seemed pretty chaotic upon first sight but it was actually deceptively efficient. I was amazed by how quickly I got in and out. The staff were kind, spoke sufficient English, and were extremely professional. The pricing was very fair as well. I paid about 120k rupiah to get a consultation, antibiotics, painkillers, and supplies to treat my wound for a few days. I would highly recommend coming here if you are in need of medical assistance.

No rabies vaccination available today. Someone with very good level of English took care of us and called other places to check their stock. Eventually found it at Siloam hospitals and got the shot there. This was really helpful.

Regional hospital, the nurses and doctors we met did speak English very well. We were helped very quickly and good. Friendly staff assisted with the registration and other stuff. There is a non-VIP and VIP part of the hospital. Foreigners are directed to the VIP part with airco and comfortable waiting room.
