Biomedika has the worst customer service ever. Me and my father came for monthly medical check up and we did reservation before. Instead of welcoming us nicely and explain things to us, she (the girl in the hijab, today at 1 pm) welcomed us by shouting and being so rude like she has her own problem. Unprofessional staffs. She did ruined my day. I hate unethical people.
