I'm really sorry for this rating but I went to a lot of doctors on my holiday, but this experience was the worse I had. Just don't go there.nnThe doctors seemed nice but made it really worse for me. I went there because of blocked ears from the sea water. Seems like a common problem here. They flushed both ears like 5 times with water (don't know if it was steril at all) and told me they can't get the blocking wax out. It felt like it was flushed deeper and deeper into my ear canal. They told me I have to take some eardrops to dry the wax and come back in 2 days to flush it again.nnI took the eardrops, pain got worse, ears were blocking more the next day and I felt like they had no idea what they were doing so I didn't come back. Maybe they didn't know it better. Anyways. End of story are two completely blocked and badly infected ears. I canceled my lombok journey early and went back to Bali to get a better treatment.nnApart from that there was no hygiene at all. You can't touch your smartphone and chat while having a patient and then use the tools for the ear treatment without gloves or at least washing your hands.nnThey charged me 850k (!!!!!!!!!!) for treatment and ear drops. I'm fine with paying the price (which is higher than in Germany actually) if they are doing their job right. Now I have to pay that price and lost at least a week of my holiday.
