This village is very famous among people who visited Lombok. This is a traditional village and they kept it that way, we came here to learn so much about people of Sasak. Here we can learn about the architecture of their houses, where interestingly, they clean their floor using buffalo's excrement, and their roof using some sort of dried leaves. Not only that, we get to learn about their culture, their textile where all ingredients are from nature. It's very nice to visit here, we learn so much. And there is this interesting tree here, if you wanna know the story, come visit.

A little bit tips for you who plan to buy some local/traditional fabrics. The prices are always negotiable, the closer you are to the exit route the cheaper the prices are. Always pay attention with its fabrics' layers. The more layers they habe, the better their qualities are

Sade vilage is a cultural village in Lombok. It is located in central Lombok and it has been becoming one of tourist destinations on Lombok island. Tsunami visitors were coming to the village is to learn the history of Sade Village, culture, traditional customs and took a shot for filming. By learning the history, knew are going to understand the meaning of each building shape, the cultural law, Merarik (pre-wedding culture) and how to make traditional hand-woven. The first thing before coming in to the Village, let a guide meets and talks to you. She/He will give you the introduction about the Sade Village and She/He will lead your pathways.

Firat time came here, you'll be guided by locals and they will tell you the history of the village. You can see performance and people selling their tenun here. Dont forget to take pictures.
