Waiting waiting waiting and waiting..lost of many time....l dont know way its take very long waiting...event if you already do it the same thing whit the same programme..you will always do it the same way as before.it feel like the document we gave never going to their computer.....it's just sad...waiting and again waiting....

Very easy process to extend your visa - it only takes 2 visits as long as you bring all the required items as mentioned by other reviewers. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Note that opening hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm with a lunch break from 12 noon - 1pm every day.

Visa extension is relatively easy, no need to hire a agent if you stay in Mataram or nearby for a few days anyway and want to save some money. Staff is friendly and helpful.nnSome points should be considered for visa extension:n0. You need to go there 2 times. 2nd time around 3 days later.n1. Dress well; long pants, no flip flops. No entry otherwise.n2. Bring copy of passport (pictures page and entry visa. - Copies can be made at the immigration but no printing.n3. Copy of exit flight ticket. Needed on paper. There is a nearby place to print the ticket. Just ask.n4. Pay the fee at the same day you went there on the first day. Payment can be done at the post office which is around 2km away.n5. Don't lose the recipe of your passport.

Easy and rapid Visa extension process.nnI took me 30min the first day to photocopy my passport, fill in the information form, take picture and fingerprints with the officer, and pay the 500k. They then ask you to come back 3 days later to pick up your passport.nnMake sure to have clothes that cover knees and shoulders + closed shoes. If needed, you can buy a sarung in a market in front of the mosquee (can be negociated at around 30k).

Very easy visa extension process. As mentioned before, bring a copie of your passport and the page with your indonesian visa. We didnt have a flight ticket to leave the country and it was no problem, just tell them that you leave indonesia by ferry. They then just wanted to have a copy of our in-flight-ticket. You can make copies in the same building or if you need to print, there is a digital print service next to the building.
