Hotel with Good Potential but POOR ExecutionnnExtremely dissatisfied with our 3-night experience at this hotel. From check-in until after check-out we experienced a long list of disappointments. The hotel has lots of potential and the service staff were all mostly kind, however it appears management has many poor policies and procedures and do not train their staff in good customer service. Big disappointment was we chose this hotel because it had a pool and we were staying with our 3 kids over the weekend. We went to the pool at 10:30am on Saturday and were told the pool will be closing at 12pm as they have a private function later that evening. We cannot believe they would close the pool for inside guests at 12pm on Saturday due to an evening function. This along with several other disappointments resulted in us moving to another similarly priced hotel with better facilities and much better customer service for the rest of our stay in Kupang.nWe highly recommend avoiding Naka Hotel.

Clean hotel next to Lippo Mall in Kupang. I'm very satisfied with their service. The staffs are friendly and the food is delicious! It will be much better if they provide water filling stations in the dining room rather than using plastic glasses.
