Easy to Reserve and friendly reseptionist with whole hearted service of the informations locating the Hotel whereabout. The first time I came to this place and I happen to overshoot the turning point. At the cross road of Japura Airport I unconciously went straight insted of turning right. Through phone call one of the hotel simpang raya gave a patient and complete informations guiding to navigate the turn arround towards the hotel. With the additioanl help of google map finally I got the hotel without additional difficulties. It could have been much easier. if the WA share location be given to me by the hotel administrator. Basically this hotel management gives two category of rooms to be rent, one on the main building which has many items you might needs, whereas on the other small building is ment for your driver with minimum and economical hotel amenities. The main building room and all amenities for type DELUXE A are matching to the price tag they are giving. The Hot water system was terific, delivering controlled temperature and pressure, the bedroom mat OK to me, furthermore from the redundancy point of view this hotel also equiped with generator sets which will be used incase if main electrical failure...come and try a night in this Hotel ... You will not regrets...
