Needed the Mul-T-Lock barrel changed on my front door. They were able to do it for me the next day and they were competitively priced compared with other local locksmiths. The locksmith who fitted the lock was friendly, efficient and wore a face mask and kept his distance the whole time. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Sorted my door in under 3 minutes. Considering breaking my lock just so I can experience that level of customer service again. 6/5 stars.

We called Callow Locksmith to ask about a few issues around our flat that needed fixing before moving out. We sent a few pictures, booked a visit from them, and within the space of half an hour everything was sorted. They advised us clearly on another matter that had dragged on for ages, sent a quote, then came and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Out of all the tradespeople we had over before the move, they were by far the best and most professional. Highly recommended! We will never use anyone else again.
