Whilst out shopping, my Mother in Law lost her front door key and was very worried about the consequences of someone finding and using it. We called Steven and about 30/45 minutes later he was at the house replacing the lock!nIt was a quick/clean/professional job and the lock was replaced by a better/newer lock.nI would definitely recommend Steve, and wouldn't want to use anyone else!nTop service, many thanks.

Superb service. Really quick response and extremely helpful, he made sure I knew exactly why the lock had broken by showing me the broken parts (I hadn't even asked to see them. he simply wanted to make sure I was happy).
