Fantastic service from start to end from Jeff. Promptly responded to my query - broken key in a lock and a couple of locks in other external doors needed servicing. Turned up on time, looked at the locks, gave us good advice and guidance (I was asking a lot of questions and Jeff was happy to answer - very friendly), then quickly got to work (neat and tidy). All external locks functioning perfectly now ! Great job Jeff, thank you.

Jeff got to my home within 30 mins of my call. He supplied and fitted a new cylinder to my front door and gave me good advice on how to secure my home. He also checked my conservatory door and fixed that too. Very polite man and the price was decent.

Great service. Jeff came out within the hour and repaired our lock. Would highly recommend. He also checked an internal door handle that I was concerned about whist he was here.

Excellent service. Came out within a couple of hours of me calling him to my front door that wouldn't open. I mentioned my back door didn't feel right and he checked and replaced the springs in that.
