A good hotel with Indonesian standard. Room clean and have western shower and toilet.

Location is good, Pusat Kuliner (Culinary Centre), Pasar Beriman (aka Pasar Extreme), Beriman Terminal and Menara Alfa Omega (where you can a horse wagon ride) are within walking ditance. The hotel is clean but tiled floor is slippery when wet. Coffee facility is on the first floor, in the cafe where breakfast is served. Breakfast is of limited coices but quality is okay. WiFi is eratic. Quiet nights can be spoilt by guests who park their cars on the driveway and use them as storage, they never seem to stop locking and unlocking before midnight. Staff are friendly and helpful. Air conditioners are not really needed but fans can help, there is no extractor to clear the bathroom.

Quite new place...it looks very nice and it’s very clean and functional. From the terrace at the first floor you can see the Volcano. Receptionists are trying to be nice and they are but they are not really helpful if you are looking for touristic informations. Breakfast is quite poor or good it depends why you like:rice,noodles fish etc

We stayed 4 days, it was great. Appears very newly built, staff are friendly and willing to help. Room was comfortable. Breakfasts were good.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
