I have worked with Carmel Florist twice now. Both times were wonderful. The first was on Mother’s Day— the original flower company I used (online) canceled my order the morning of. I called Carmel and Elena was so empathetic. She worked with me and got someone out to my mom’s house the same day! I was shocked, as it was a holiday, but she made it work. My mom said it was absolutely beautiful.nI worked with Elena again this time, for my grandma’s birthday. She, again, went above and beyond with her communication to make sure my grandma has a lovely bouquet and card to wake up to tomorrow.nI don’t write a ton of reviews, but she really deserves recognition. Elena is the epitome of excellent customer service!

Yelena is very talented florist. Great job on the long stem roses for my wife’s baby shower. I can’t say I’ve had this same quality experience when I’ve ordered online. Go to this place they are great!

True Professionals! After some misunderstanding via a big name flower wire service, I ordered an arrangement directly from Carmel Florist. Elena reached out to me directly regarding the wire order and the new order. She then worked very closely with me to ensure that the arrangement was exactly what I wanted. She even offered recommendations of other local florists in case I was put off by the experience with the wire service. In the end, my stepmother received a perfect floral arrangement for her birthday. This is just what I would expect from a well run local private business. Thank you, Elena.

Placed an order at before they opened at 9, and by 9:10 it had arrived. Amazing flower display, great response time and friendly service. I highly recommend Carmel Florist for any floral need.
