Westfield Floral

I had them make a Standing Spray for my Sisters funeral. I am from out of state and unable to attend.nThe arrangement they made was above and beyond beautiful.

I have used this florist for the last 2 years, and am very pleased. I also live in Phoenix, and they were very pleasant on the phone. Last year, they had trouble finding my parents plot in Floral Lawns, and they did not stop looking until they found it, and I am grateful for that. I will use this florist for years to come.

I just received a beautiful bouquet for my birthday...the latest in many beautiful bouquets my fiance has gotten for me from Westfield. The flowers are always done well, they even let him go in and pick out the flowers he wants! He loves their expertise and all of their suggestions, and I love that they help him make amazing bouquets.

My mother-in-law ordered a bouquet for me. Delivery was attempted on Saturday. I was not home at the time of delivery. They did NOT leave a call tag but left a phone message. I did not check my messages that day. I phoned them on Monday and was told that the delivery person was gone and I would need to pick the flowers up. I had plans that evening and was not able to do so. Tuesday, my husband came home to a tag on the door stating that they left flowers on the step. The flowers were there. What if we would have been out of town for an extended period of time? The flowers would have sat there and died. When I contacted the manager of Westfield Floral, she said they were sorry but they had attempted delivery several times and that they normally don't leave flowers. There was not an offer to make any adjustment. I wonder if the flowers were fresh or if they were the same flowers from Saturday. I am very disappointed in the service my mother-in-law received. More than likely, we will not use Westfield Floral again and will suggest the same to our family and friends.
