Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. The arrangement looked just like the photo on their page. The customer service was over the top. When they went to my sister's house, she wasn't home (I tried contacting her at that time and could not reach her by pone at that time) and rather than leave the flowers out in the heat they told me they would make the rest of their deliveries and go back by and if my sister wasn't home yet they would take them back to the shop and try again the next day. I told them that was fine and finally reached my sister later in the day. She called Cobel's to see if the flowers were back in the shop yet and that she would come pick them up. Coble's told her no problem and they went back out to deliver the flowers. What awesome service and a beautiful arrangement!
