Requested an aqua vase for a elderly lady's birthday....more than happy with the arrangement and price. They were just beautiful and were well appreciated. Definitely will be back in the future.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service I received from Deirdre. I am from Australia and my daughter Bridie was in Thurso Scotland when it was her Birthday in April. COVID-19 made it almost impossible to send my daughter some flowers until I tried ringing the number of North Coast Florists, and the call was picked up by Deirdre. Although the shop was closed at the time, Deirdre went out of her way to go to the market and pick up some flowers, Chocs and wine, put it all together and delivered on the day of my daughters birthday. I am forever grateful, and my daughter was over the moon with the delivery. Thank you again so much Deirdre, you turned a very stressful time for me into one of gratefulness with your assistance in making something that I thought would not happen into reality. Carol McDonald

Finding out that i needed to send funeral flowers to the Highlands and just after New Year, filled me with dread. The undertaker gave me the options and fearing the worst, I contacted all numbers suggested and Inter flora who could not help according to their online service. Fortunately during the afternoon, when i thought all was lost, i received an answer to my prayer. A phone call from a very pleasant lady at North Coast Florists. I believe they are quite a new company in Thurso and yet their professionalism and friendliness, understanding and eye to detail was second to none. Today, shortly after the time of the funeral, I received an email and a picture of the tribute and it was no less than stunning. What a find. I found a gem when i needed it most. Many thanks to the ladies and their wonderful ability. Price, service and product very much better than i might have hoped. Thank you and i hope this review will give others confidence to try you.

Can’t recommend North Coast Florists highly enough!! Since they opened I’ve had many bouquets, hat boxes, dried flower arrangements, candle/wine bottle decorated with fresh flowers and also wreaths. Deirdre’s attention to detail is stunning and her innovative ideas are a-m-a-z-i-n-g!!!
