Look Kroger will give you better service!!! Heck the guy on the side of the road is nicer. Stay away unless you hate the person you are sending flowers to.

My boyfriend sent me flowers but one of the roses were not fresh so when he contacted them they refunded some money to him and they apologized. Second time he sent me a plant and it was in a very good condition. Overall experience was good with this place.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I would have given ZERO stars if I could. I ordered through Groupon-Teleflora and this is the company that they selected. First off I added specific instructions on how to find the person once they went to their job, but that was completely disregarded (and if you did not see the instructions, how hard was it to ask the front desk receptionist where could you locate the person?) which caused me to have to sneak and use my phone at work. But the person who received the arrangement (if you want to call it that) is grateful and even posted a pic on Facebook. I saw it and was mortified as it looked terrible. For one, I could have done a better job of making an arrangement and I'm not a florist. Two, the flowers they used were NOTHING like the flowers I chose online (type and color). And Three, customer service was a joke. I will NOT be using Teleflora or North Star EVER AGAIN! Thanks a lot for screwing up my order! And I'll add pictures for you to be the judge.
