Order flowers for my mother in laws casket spray and I can honestly say I was meet with compassion and willingness to help in any way. we had to order at last minute do to passing on Monday , arrangements made on Tuesday and it was a Holiday weekend. The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful, I couldn't ask for anything better.

The team at Flowers by Billy were exceptional to work with! I live in Tennessee and needed a large centerpiece arrangement delivered two days later. I needed to adjust the card I'd typed out online and after taking care of that we reviewed my order to learn that some of the flowers in the arrangement I'd selected weren't available. The team - including Billy - took down my preferences and made sure something exceptional was delivered. The recipients were absolutely delighted and I think the makeshift arrangement was even more beautiful than the original. Highly recommend - well priced, excellent service, five stars!

Called too place a order and i was looking at there website trying too place a order..The man i was talking too kept asking me for a number and there were no numbers on the site too give him..He told me in a smart a#@ tone that's the way we look them up!! I gave him the name they call this bunch of flowers and he said again I can not look them up without the number..You sir should know what your talking about!! There your flowers your selling..Never again..I will and did spend this 75.00 somewhere else!!!

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday online. The arrangement I paid for and the arrangement that was delivered was NO where near close as to what I thought she was getting. The colors were way off and the look of the arrangement was not the same as well. Now I do understand the substitutions policy but this was unacceptable.
