I purchased 3 customized arrangements for a very private, personal funeral service. I was very pleased with how personal the experience was. I wasn't rushed and was given several options. Even with pricing I was told we could move things around and switch things out if need be. I appreciate the time that was put in and the flowers alone speak for themselves.

Support your local businesses! Sue's Floral in Fountain, Colorado is an example of what a great customer service experience consists of. The shop has great people working there, and some of the freshest flowers and unique gifts. Very impressed will recommend them to everyone.

Laura with Sue's was a life saver! I had placed an online order with another florist for a balloon bouquet to be delivered to my Grandson on his First birthday, it was never delivered. I called Sue's Floral the day after to see if they could make a same day delivery to try and make up for the missed birthday and Laura was a jewel!nShe took my order, for a plush with a balloon bouquet and assured me it would be delivered today and that she would make it special. She was kind and compassionate even though I was a wreck after missing his BIG day! I live out of state so I have stored the number for Sue's and will be using them for all my future gift needs for my family members in Colorado Springs! Thanks Laura and Sue's Floral for saving this Mimi after a complete 1st birthday fail...nI greatly appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by your employee today!

I'm all the way in another state and I called Sue's floral and fine art gifts to deliver flowers and it all happened same day! Very convenient for me because I did not know what I wanted I just wanted a thoughtful beautiful gift and they took care of it for me I definitely will be using them again!
