Disappointing order. Nothing like requested or described. First order was ok, ordered another bunch for same price and were shocking. Poor value and ugly arrangement. Flowers didn’t last more than five days. Spoke to store who refused partial refund. You can‘t blame covid for poor customer service.

Stunning bouquet and brilliant service. I went into Malpara Florist to get a last minute birthday bouquet and could not have been happier with their friendly service and beautiful selection of flowers. They allowed me to customise the arrangement and presented the flowers perfectly. The recipient was very happy! I have since recommended them to all of my friends.
