San Antonio Aquarium

Our trip was excellent! Bridget and Courtney were amazing helping us with the ant eater porky pine armadillo and the lemurs. They made that super fun. Edward was great helping us with the octopus and stingrays! Huge shout out to Denise! Every time I have seen her there she has gone above and beyond! She was our fieldtrip guide back in May and was so fabulous! He had the opportunity to see her again today just on our regular visit and she was so helpful and friendly! She had totally taken care of us. They staff is super friendly and atmosphere is so fun! If you love animals and love to interact with animals this is the place for you! The staff is knowledgeable and will teach you fun facts about the animals. We love coming here. Thank you everyone for making our visit awesome!

I've come here every couple of weeks for over a year. The aquarium is a great place to see animals up close and personal. They have a large variety of species, many you wouldn't think went along with an aquarium theme. With the 2 finger rule you can pet most of the animals. The employees have all been friendly and informative, you can tell they love their job working with people and animals. My kids love the iguana jump house filled with 7 large bouncy houses. It's given my family hours and hours of fun and drains the kids energy so they sleep well after a trip to the aquarium ud83dude09.

This is a fun place to take the family once in a while there is a few things to do but you could easily go through the whole place in an hour. The kids have fun but in my opinion the token prices are crazy. The staff is very friendly and helpful they give lots of info on the animals. I recommend you try it for yourself.

It's an okay aquarium although, I would recommend going on the weekday because weekend pricing might not be worth it. Great for kids if you want to spend extra on Tokens so you can feed the animals. It's not a particularly big or impressive aquarium and it appears they have more non-aquatic animals than aquatic. It's also entirely indoors which makes the feel a bit dark.
