I visited PhysioActive twice and I'm very happy that I chose PhysioActive for my treatment. I called upfront before making my appointment, they were very friendly and kind, and explain the information I needed very clearly. When I arrived, I'm very impressed with the location. It's very cozy, clean, and quite spacious. I had my sessions with Timothy, he's very friendly and clear with the explanations. He also took the time to observe and understand my complaints, and focus on the root cause of the pain I'm experiencing. He gave some exercises I need to do at home, so that my complaints are resolved for long term.nnReally recommend PhysioActive.

It was my first time at PhyisioActive Physiotherapy Indonesia and I'm glad I chose them. In my view I have a complex condition. Timothy was awesome. He knew what to do and gave me good advice. He also does dry needling, which did wonders for my condition. They are professional. The staff is excellent - friendly and have great interpersonal skills, which is extremely important. I felt comfortable and I am satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for Physiotherapy.

Excellent service with good admin team for easy booking. Timothy, who is a very professional physiotherapist, helped in resolving posture and knee issues. The follow up with daily exercises and communication with the physio via an app is also very convenient.nnThorough professional and dedicated team, highly recommended..

This is definitely the best Physiotherapy Center in Jakarta. Had Lower back Pain and it has tremendously improved due to the Deep tissue Massage given by Tim. Great treatment and Good hygiene in the therapy rooms all keeping in line with covid 19 Safety protocols. Keep it up guys. Good job !!!
