6/5 Aloita is absolutely phenomenal, it well and truly exceeded my expectations. The place, surfing and the people there are unbelievable. I wouldn't have believed it if I had not stayed there myself. The staff are amazing and really do look after you; finding the best surf, food and heaps of other activities to do while really relaxing. You are welcomed as part of the family, I can't wait to go back

This is by far the best place to stay in the Mentawais. Food, service, surf should be 6 stars if i could give it! The life of luxury fit for the whole family. I have 4 kids and we stayed in a family bungalow style unit. It has nice AC and the staff came and cleaned up our room everyday. Anything we wanted the staff was happy to accommodate us. The food is very healthy, they have lots of options for the vegetarian or vegan diet. Perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. You feel very secluded like the only people on the island are the people who are staying at the resort. If you are looking for a place to hideaway and surf all day this is it!

We recently had a family reunion here and I can’t say enough. The staff makes you feel like family, the accommodations exceeded my expectations and the food was out of this world.
