stray package even though amalat is complete and clear. sent from pekalongan on April 16 2020 afternoon, it hasn't arrived on 21st. the tracking turned out to be stray package to the Jambi. Complained to CS Post via website and the response was a long time ago. info from the post, the package must pass through PKU first and then go to Padang and to this day on April 24, 2020, the package hasn't arrived yet. I hope the post can be better in the future. don't wait for complaints from Cuatomer first, then check the items. if in case there is no complaint, it seems like the package will be in the jambi and not until the address.

Very strategic location, located in the heart of Padang Panjang. Parking area is very large. However, there is no special entrance for wheelchair users. It seems that there are no public toilets in this Post Office. Friendly enough service. Serving delivery of goods, both domestic and foreign.
