Good place. The only minus thing is.. The room is not sound proof. I can still hear noise from the room next door. Quite clearly

Pros: location!! very close to jam gadang n jembatan limpapeh and its culinary streets. On the right side you can see jam gadang from your room.nIts a new hotel, hot water and cool AC works well.nCons: parking!! Parking space is very limited, if some douche forget to unlock his car handbrake you are in for a treat. Breakfast not impressive.
