Bad service to bali. Very unprofessional(talking about me should be in hijab and what's not) and rude(when customer ask for the next destination to lunch, he said the customer is hungry all the time) tour guide to customer. The tour guide skip the destination and lie to us on the destination he took. The food is the same thing for few days. For Muslim customer, they don't really sure the status(halal) at the restaurant or hotel(breakfast) in the itinerary. The hotel they gave also unhiegenic(full of cockroaches) and the view is not good as well where you can expect bali is about beach(they put us in town with no view). I will never go with this agency ever again. Not worth to spend your money and you will absolutely ruin your trip.

We were there for the CNY weekend from 15 to 18 February 2018 and Alex Saputro was our guide/driver and he was fantastic. His history and current affairs knowledge is tip top, his care and concern for his guests is amazing (I cant thank him enough for taking good care of my parents) and his driving is no less than great, we felt safe and secure no matter what the road conditions are. A big thank you to Kak Amie too for entertaining my endless whatsapp prior to the trip as I'd requested some changes to the places to visit and to be on her personal car on the trip, we are just honoured and humbled.nnTotally recommend him and Raun Sumatra for anyone wishing to visit Bukittinggi and Padang.
