Ghostly, massive, nearly empty, and out of the way hotel. Some say it is haunted. It certainly felt that way. No air conditioning, no buffet breakfast, only frog choruses resonating through the endless, lonely corridors. Should have stayed at a livelier place near the town center.

My review is only based on the one night my family and I stayed at the hotel while we were on holidays.nnA supposedly 4 star hotel, however based on our experience I can only give the hotel 1 star for friendly star and neat gardens, everything else was awful.nnIssues Encountered:n- Unclean bathroom - visible mould growing everywhere & soap scumn- Toilet was leakingn- No hot water in showern- Light & Fan was not working in bathroomn- Power outlets were not workingn- No Wifi in Roomsn- Couldn't make a call with the phone in the roomn- Kettle was leaking and didn't work.n- Cracked tilesn- No Air Conditioningn- Do Not Disturb button was brokenn- Broken Cupboardsn- Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6:00am. Breakfast was not ready until 7:00am. Couldn't have breakfast since we needed to leave at 6:30am.n- EtcnnBased on the cost for to stay at this 4 star hotel (900.000+) the facility did not live up to their expectation and did not provide value for money compared to other 4 star hotels.nnI can only imagine what this hotel was like when it opened in 1992, but know its just a rundown, unfunctional, useless 1 star building. For the good staff working there I can only hope senior management are planning to do a major remodel to bring it back to its glory.

The place is relieving, theres big fountain that might relax ur mind once u sit on the balcony. I was stayed here for 2 days and i think this place is awesome enough to stay with family
