It was my second time go to this place and i still love this. It is a place of cultural documentation Minang traditions, people and places. This place was initiated by Mr Hamid and his wife to keep all documentation thingy of Minang culture. If we compare with Istano Pagaruyung, this place acted more like a museum while Istano is more about what's inside the common thing in Rumah Gadang. But both has its uniqueness and has wide area for many visitors.

Best place to learn the culture of the local people. Do ask about the concept of Rumah Gadang and try to put on the traditional attires.

The greatest home (palace) of Minang Kabau. historical place which is involved all tribes of Minang Kabau.nnThis building has existed many years ago, now called as Minang Kabau Village, where the tradisional art attractions are performs here. In the building there are many artefacts collection as museum.nnMany people of malay (melayu) visited this place, even this place is a tourist attractions place. The enermous environment which is pine plants and good arranged garden for taking pictures and selfies. Come to Minang Kabau, fell the calm and the wellness culture. Wonderful Minang Kabau.
