Disini saya ingin mengomentari pelayanan rumah sakit mungkin mewakili orang2 yg berkunjung, pelayanan disini Jauh dari kata baik, ini pengalaman saya dan keluarga saya Perawat nya kasar, dan sangat tidak memiliki rasa empati terhadap pasien. Bukan ingin menilai buruk sebuah instansi tapi seperti rumah sakit punya andil bagai mana melatih atau dalam perekrutan perawat disini, karna tugas mereka melayani, sesuai sumpah janji yg mereka ucap ketika menyelesaikan pendidikan mereka, sangat tidak profesional, perlakuan berbeda kami dapat ketika kami di pindahkan ke VIP karna ada kesalahan dalam administrasi,

So I got a pretty good treatment ... for participants with bpjs guarantees like me as long as the administrative requirements are not complete it is difficult ... everything went well ... even the delivery process of my wife SC was treated for 5 days and my child was treated for 3 days .. all costs are free, I don't pay anything .. very helpful in the current covid season .. thank God .. it's just that I was asked to do a rapid covid test for me, that's normal because I haven't been there 1 week from red zone city .. just enter a little maybe for class 1 hospitalization in the midwifery / childbirth room, you need to add more room ... because what I saw was only 1 room and at that time I put it in ... ka sorry if there are patients who have health insurance class 1 and treated at the same time ... maybe will not get a room ny ... thank you for all the health workers who have been caring for my wife and child ... from the time you entered until after the delivery process ... may all of your Jariyah be a practice and get an abundance of merit from Allah swt ...amin
