Still need a lot of supporting facilities, such as a crank boat, toilets, reservoir safety fence, jogging track. Also infrastructure to the location of the reservoir.nIt will be more interesting if there are often local events such as rowing competitions, ornamental boat creation competitions.nAlso the participation of citizens and local government so that the WCL is more beautiful and known by tourists later.
