It was extraordinary that Melly's material was related to leadership last night, October 11, 2020nThere we from PBS2 SC (Korda from all over Indonesia) can understand what the material presented is related to leadership itself, that being a leader is someone who is able to influence others. Being a leader is not only being a boss but a good leader is a leader who can position himself as a member and listen to what members complain.nThere will be no strong leader without the involvement of members who always support. Emilia Dwi Lestari - during a leadership training some time ago held by PBS2 in collaboration with the Rhetoric academy of Palembang, I was very impressed by the delivery of the material presented by Mely, because what was delivered was really related to the current state of adolescents or students, and with easy to understand because it is followed by examples of personal experiences from kak Mely himself. Hopefully PBS2 can work together again with the Rhetoric Academy, and hopefully it will be useful for those who take part in this activity.
