I had low expectation prior to my stay at this hotel. On the day of my stay, I have had some issues and that led to this review.nnA few things I can confirm:n1. Front desk officers are not the friendliestn2. One key card per room, it’s making it hard to get into the elevator, you have to call for help to swipe card to enter the elevator if you leave your key card in your room, so if you travel with your family and they stay in the room, you’re gonna be needing assistance on the elevator, very troublesomen3. No COVID-19 safety measurement in placen4. Slippery stairs from the 9th floor spa & gym to the pool, my wife slipped while carrying my baby, luckily we were not hurt, but this can be a real case and should be looked at by the property manager, I bet it’s a recurring case since the pool causes the stairs to be wet and slippery, it’s an accident waiting to happenn5. Very small parking space and also dangerous, another accident waiting to happennnFor the price, I hardly can recommend this hotel, though the location is one of this hotel’s feature, so it always seems to be fully booked or packed with guests. Even during COVID-19 pandemic.nnHope this helps in your decision making, there are other hotels at roughly same price which worth more than this one.

Good breakfast for family, but the seat is too few for all guestsnnOh, take note about my experience! My room, 6th floors doesn't sound proff at all. I barely could hear the guest next doors snoring!

New hotel at Demang rd. Pretty elegant and quite cozy room. Breakfast is average. Swimming pool area also can be used as Lounge.
