We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Still talking about how clean and very well maintained the sites were, the staff was incredible, loved talking to Michael , who was very attentive and came several times a day to ask if we needed anything and collected our trash bags. Probably one of the nicest campgrounds we ever stayed on. ... and if you have children with you, abundance of activities. We are definitely going back there when in the area!

Such a little slice of heaven! The fam and I were looking at a safe from COVID place to unwind and we definitely got that and so much more. Since we arrived late and didnt want to setup our tent in the dark we stayed one night in a cabin, then another 3 nights in a tent campsite. The staff was so accommodating and I was so thrilled they could put us in a cabin with no notice. Saved my day for sure:) Our campsite was very large, clean, had tree cover almost completely above us and around us which made the one night it did rain a lot, seem really minimal. We packed nearly everything in the house certain we had everything we needed.... we were wrong lol. We were SO thankful for the large selection of camping, convenience and treats in the campground store. Oh, and don't even get me started on the awesome pool! Was soooo refreshing to take a relaxing swim! Just left 2 days ago and already planning our next trip back soon!

Love this campground. Come here every Halloween season and bring a grandchild. Hoping to make it next summer too. Friendly staff. Well stocked store. Plenty for the kids to do. Only negative I have is the wood they sell isn't dryed and very difficult to keep burning. We will be back!!

Our favorite campground! We have camped here numerous times. Cabins are placed so you can enjoy privacy with the porch on the back. The outdoor kids area is awesome! We love all the options here. They have an indoor rec area, a large back field, trails, and a new good size playground, a pool and a splash pad. There is always something to do at this KOA. We enjoyed the back trail and fishing on the water. Its near Busch Gardens, Williamsburg shopping, but we never really leave the campground.

The KOA was well-kept and the grounds were clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of activities but this was the weekend when it rained for three days straight. The only thing that wasn't good was our site neighbors, they weren't good neighbors at all. The guy invited all of his friends and family to his site for their party that went well beyond the 10pm quiet hours. It was ridiculous. They had 4 dogs over there that they allowed to roam freely and do their business wherever to include around our patio. One of the guys came over and cleaned up once, but after a while they stopped watching. We had one of their dogs come up to our door. I brought this to the attention of a KOA staff member and he cleaned up the dogs' messes left behind. I'd still go back to the KOA.
