We had a great time. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Being able to leave your card on file was a great convenience. Trash pickup and wood delivery are great features that not every campground offers. The sites, while a little close together, are organized perfectly. The 2 dog parks are really cute and well maintained. All in all, we had a great time for a great price.

We had to cancel the morning of because of a positive Covid Screening. I understand the no refund policy, but given the circumstances... I think it would have been nice for some kind of partial refund. I don't think people should be punished for acting responsibly during a pandemic.

The initial staff for this site and their central customer service showed zero flexibility or compassion for a family emergency. We had an attempted suicide event in the family and couldn't go forward with our trip. The only resolution they offered us was to reschedule to avoid the cancellation fee. How are we supposed to plan beyond a family crisis like this? KOA needs to re-evaluate their customer service. This isn't customer service in the least bit-- it's money grubbing at its finest. This is completely unacceptable.

We had a site across from the rest rooms/laundry which was good as it was quite on the very cool side. It was also the weekend for Halloween so plenty of decorations and trick or treat on Saturday. Well done

We had SUCH a great time here! The property is very well maintained and very clean. The cabins are adorable!! The staff was pretty strict about the mask policy, but they're just enforcing the rules, not their fault. We will definitely be back!!
