We have a big rig and felt that the site we were in was very large and has a nice Big concrete slab. Friendly staff and plenty of mature trees. We love that there is a fenced in dog run. The only caveat is that if you are in one of the sites by the entrance (the lower level) you are right next the the train tracks and it will shake your camper at all hours of the night. Also, the location is very close to downtown Dells which is nice.

We stayed at this KOA for our weekend at automotion and it was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had while camping. The tent sites were extremely small and could hardly fit two tents when we were told they could easily fit three. To top it off, the staff were extremely rude. Came to our site at 9pm, stating that we pay for extra people when we were also told on the phone that 3 people on a site was fine. Also, If you want to hear an obnoxious train go by every hour then this place is perfect for you. Do not recommend this place under any circumstances. If I had to say something positive, it would be the showers got really warm and not quarter operated but not very clean.

I love the staff at the front desk! They are so sweet and helpful. The guys who help you find your space are a bit cranky every time. They wont allow you to have more than one tent on a site even if it is for your kids. The sites are pretty small too. But there is a nice pool and they allow dogs. We keep going back because it is still a nice and moderately inexpensive camping site.

Another great KOA experience as we stayed in a two room cabin. The bathrooms were the cleanest we have seen. There is plenty of activities for the kids and the pool is heated. The campground is about a mile from downtown. If you like trains, tracks are close to watch them pass. Will come back.

Excellent camp site. Clean, secluded (yet very close to downtown area), courteous staff... Not a bad thing to report, this campsite is exemplary.
