Snake River Cabin and RV Village

Five star for the delux cabin. Made a same day reservation and felt very welcome. Easy to get to, amenities were WONDERFUL. The manager was friendly and great views. Walking path to the river. Didn’t get to that part but our neighbors seemed to enjoy it. Plenty of towels and space. Overall very clean and refreshing.

We were very pleased with our 2 night stay in a deluxe cabin. Cabin was clean and had plenty of towels. Having a kitchen and gas grill was very convenient. Perfect place to stay for our trip through the National Parks. Cabins were pretty close together, but we barely noticed.

We came with our travel trailer. We wanted to check out Jackson and do some hiking. That part was fine. The spots for trailers are very difficult to get into. two different gentleman had to move their cars so my husband could squeeze into our spot, which was right on top of our neighbor. We planned on staying for 3 nights, but decided to leave when a fire two miles away knocked out electricity. This left us with no air conditioning, water or internet. When I asked the staff if we would be evacuated because of the fire, they said they would notify us if that happened. We decided to pack up and leave a day early rather than sit in the camp with no electricity or water. I notified one of the staff and asked if we could get a refund for the night we did not spend there. The answer was no. I would not recommend this KOA to anyone with a travel trailer. Maybe the cabin experience was better. Would never come back here.

Fabulous location by the Snake River. They offer a variety of cabins, tent and RV sites. The service here is outstanding.nnThey can help you arrange a direct pick up for white water rafting. They have wet suits on hand, so you will be ready to enjoy the wwater.nnThe tent sites are on the water front, an amazing location. Can't say enough good things about this KOA.

We had a great time in our cozy deluxe cabin. Close to the river. We had everything we needed. The cabin was clean with lots of sleeping space for us 4.nThe staff was helpful and kind.nThe only complaint we have is the mattress in the master was uncomfortable with a huge dip in the middle but it's still not worth less than 5 stars in my opinion.
