This is crazy, is laundry, clothes are missing 3 pieces, don't you want to admit it wrong? He said 'it's impossible to lose / tap, 1 washing machine 1 customer' but in fact Ilang !!! And I've found 4x people's clothes on 4 different occasions.nnWhat makes me give up, suddenly the price changes, I don't confirm it to the customer and it often doesn't match the promise about the accuracy of the completion time. Expensive and not professional at all

Not very clear, pants are not the responsibility but instead blame the customer. Just apologize or not, how bad is your attitude. I don't want laundry here again.
