Makam Tun Sri Lanang

Tun Srilanang Tombs Cultural Heritage is located in Meunasah Lueng Village, DistrictnSamalanga, Bireuen Regency. Tun Srilanang or Tun Sri Lanang himself is a government expert and a great poet from Malay who is very famous for his monumental work in the form of the book Salalatus Salatin. This causes not a few who make a pilgrimage to his grave, especially the Malay community from Malaysia and Singapore. Its location which is not so far from the main road makes this tomb complex easily accessible. The observation of the site's maintenance condition shows that this site is poorly maintained. This can be seen from the presence of wild plants that grow around the tomb. The presence of weeds or other wild plants can potentially trigger weathering of Tun Sri Lanang's grave. Weathering is also indicated by the flaking of paint on the walls of the tomb fence.
