Great place for transiting the trip from medan to padang. Very friendly staff and very good facilities for the price. The only downside is not having a good spa which is essential for a transit type hotel

After spending 10 days in the forest we were looking forward to staying in a comfortable bed. Yet to our surprise we were eaten up by bed bugs. Paying 1 Million idr to be chewed up by bed bugs is really unacceptable. No refund whatsoever either. Despite a few leaches and mosquitoes the 10 days in the forest where pleasant compared to the expensive hotel. In addition the wifi did not work at all.

I have stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Overall all is good. But there’s 2 things that need to be improved. First, bout prepared the beverage that we ordered for dinner, it came very and so much late. I waited for my order about almost one hour in that hotel restaurant, and finally I ask the servant to deliver my meal to my room, and it also very slow to be in my room, it was disapointed me! And the last bout the cleaning of the towel. The towel look so dirty and the colour not white anymore. There was some black spot in that towel. I think that was not comfort me when I was there.
