Reggae Guesthouse and Restaurant

Location, location! We stayed in a comfortable room right on the water. Our ferry literally picked us up and would drop you off right at your door! The water is wonderful for swimming right out of our door and there is a sweet little rope swing to throw you in for a dip!nRoom had no mosquito net and was definitely a little musty. Plenty of space but much like most rooms we find in this range, a little more attention to detail would go along way for that extra star! No need for fancy extras, but a bedside lamp is always nice, more hooks to hang towels and things, shelves for travelers things and a good scrub in the bathrooms and some fresh paint would do wonders! Some screen material over the vents in the wall to keep the bugs out. I would definitely stay again but feel that there might fresher rooms for the same or lower rates...

We didn't stay but went to see the lovely sunsets from the balcony overlooking the lake - beautiful. We ended up having a delicious dinner of curried veg and the soya sauce pork. Service was polite but you needed to ask if you needed anything. A really casual atmosphere. The accommodation looks good as it down by the water front

Really nice view and a great restaurant. Nice relaxed vibes in the whole place. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Without the paper thin walls in the cheaper rooms (you can hear literally everything through) this would easy 5 stars.
