oke place to stay for a few nights. food in restaurant is good. staff is nice and friendly

Lovely guesthouse, right on the lake. I've stayed here 3 times, in an upstairs room and a downstairs room. All are very spacious with great hot water showers, with some of the best pressure in Indonesia. The family who owe it are very welcoming too.

I did not actually stay here but at a neighbouring guest house but I Washed laundry and hired a kayak from aman he was so kind, great price and we talked the following days. He also helped me with other questions I had. The guest house looked beautiful rooms when I walked past and the restraunt clean and nice setup.

Lovely view from the upstairs room, didn't see from downstairs but I doubt it's much worse, across a bay to the mountains on the other side.nNo garden which is a real shame as apart from the balcony and restaurant no where to sit.nThe room was really clean, western loo, fantastic powerful (power adjustable) shower with hot water, Romul (I think) the son who manages it speaks really good English - very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good (not included) but again they're missing a trick as has windows to the view rather than being open.nReally nice place, away from the main village but with it's own restaurant and a few others and bars on the same stretch of road it's not isolated.n4 stars as Wi-Fi wasn't working when I was there and there's no mobile phone signal so I had to buy drinks from restaurant down the road to speak with my family.

Not the cheapest place to stay in tuktuk siadong samosir, but basically this guesthouse was awesome, the room looks big and clean, i had my good slept there, the view from the balcony was one of the most iconic one that i ever seen around toba lake. But, the water flow slowly from the fauced when i arrived in our room at night, maybe the water pump was turn off at night. The television in our room didnt showed any channel and i didnt know why.
