Stayed for one night at this hotel, I got the room I'm front of the swimming pool. The room was clean, the staffs were quite helpful, the breakfast was a little disappointing.

The worst stay I've ever had throughout my life. It's rated as 3/5 stars accommodation from google. But for me, it's worst than the dormitory. When I reached, the room is not well prepared. The dustbin outside of our room full of rubbish and plastic bottles. No towels were prepared for us. We need to asked twice, in order to get our towels which means we need to climb the stairs twice (cause there's no intercom for customer service). The wifi is only available at the swimming pool and lobby area (which means we need to climb the stairs again in order to use the wifi). On the second day, we come back with an uninvited visitor (it's a freaking leech) in our bathroom. The food serves for breakfast buffet is exactly the same for both days. No juice is available for the breakfast - only plain water, coffee or tea. The management need to improve their services. I will not recommend this place to anyone. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Actuslly I wanted to recommended this hotel to my foreign friends while they want to visit Indonesia but I changed my mind.This hotel is totally NOT RECOMMENDED ! These are the following below reasons this hotel is not recommended:n1. My parents and my uncle with his family moved to new room beside me which are 11 (my parents) and 12 (my uncle and his family). While my parents and my uncle took shower, the shower water came out so little and my aunt told me that the wall in bathroom is broken.nn2. When I was took a shower, my shower was broken easily, I tried to fix it and thank God it is fixed.nn3. There is one lady housekeeper, she never smile at all and she seemed hate if we complained about the rooms. Actually not only her, but almost all the housekeepers and also the front desk agent lady when we checked in yesterday on Thursday.nnHope this hotel can improve a lot if this hotel want to get more recommendations.

Wonderful location and staff. But facilities are old and damage

The floor is very oily, when we asked for an extra bed and extra towel they said that they had none left. The staff themselves are unprofessional and gave contradicting information. The design of the place itself is a bit bad due to how steep the stairs are making it accident prone. The food is decent though there is a like of variety, the pool is quite clean and the views are quite nice with very fresh and clean air.
