The hotel desperately needs renovation, everything looks old and aged.nWear and tears on furniture. But, still quite clean though, and u get plenty of tv channels to watch.

Poor service at check in, room is dirty, bathroom even worst, toilet dirty, shower curtain is filty!nThe cups are covered with coffee or tea stain.nSandals provided in the room are black from being used for a long time.nIt's s shocking experience first time being in the tourism industry.nCharging a 3 star international chain rate but giving a 1 star service.
